Receipt Process
Please note that according to the following goods flow process：
- Our company will make sure all good are properly packed to avoid any possible damages during delivery.
- When you receive the package, please open it on spot and confirm whether the products remain intact and complete.
- If there is any damages to the goods, please note on the delivery waybill about how many and how badly the products are damaged. And then take photos for identification.
- If any products are missing in the package, please make sure whether or not it is due to the damage of the package. Then you can note on the express waybill about the number of lost goods and take photos for identification.Attention: Goods damaged or lost should be written on the express waybill and be sign by the deliveryman.
- You can contact the local express company for compensation. You can also email us with relative photos for identification and the waybill signed by the deliveryman, then we will contact the express company for you to get tour compensation. And we will without any doubt send the right goods to you again.
